ALMERE, The Netherlands, 21st January 2013 – Dyzle BV, an innovator in measuring and analyzing business process data for the cold chain in real-time, will be demonstrating its innovative platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solution enabling accurate intelligence and automated compliance reporting for temperature sensitive products at Cool Chain Logistics Europe 2013.

Patient safety and regulatory compliance are key considerations for the cool chain and temperature controlled logistics community of the pharmaceutical industry. In order to be compliant with regulations around Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP), the industry needs cost-effective solutions to reduce and prevent product deviations in the storage and transport of healthcare products and active pharmaceutical ingredients.

Dyzle has developed a solution used by over 2000 companies that relieves them from the task of mandatory reporting, registration and interpretation, by automatically measuring critical variables such as temperature, humidity, energy consumption and CO2 through the entire supply chain – from storage to transport and distribution. Dyzle collects data, analyzes it, and makes it available via a personal dashboard accessible securely over the web from any internet-enabled device. Real time text and email alerts are also provided to allow logistics and QA managers to quickly take immediate corrective action if required.

At the Cool Chain Logistics Europe conference, various sessions will look at the importance of temperature and related data in the storage and distribution of temperature sensitive healthcare products, the impact on a company’s quality initiatives, and ultimately on the products that affect patient safety. Dyzle will show how it collects the data and makes the entire history of the product available for every period of storage and transport through its cloud based Dyzle Live-Ware®solution, ensuring that it supports GAMP, GMP, GDP, and HACCP registration.

Dyzle will also show examples of how its solution is used in the cold storage and distribution of medicines. For example, one hospital uses the company’s solution for monitoring the temperature of its medicines in cold stores across several of its sites because the information is monitored wirelessly in real-time and easy to read reporting is provided via the internet on Dyzle’s web server. In another deployment, a large manufacturer of generic drugs uses Dyzle’s solution to monitor the temperature of the entire transport chain, with the benefit being that all stakeholders have access to high quality reporting data at the same time.

Dyzle will be exhibiting on stand number 40 at Cool Chain Logistics Europe 2013. The conference takes place in Basel, Switzerland, on 28-30 January 2013.
