Brian Files has over 24 years of experience in healthcare principally in U.S. and international government affairs and public policy.

As a former Director in various leadership roles in regulatory, compliance, public policy and government affairs for CVS Health, he has a deep understanding of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act and global serialization and its commercial implementation and impacts.  Having managed complex initiatives across highly matrixed and start-up organizations, he has been a requested speaker on supply chain security, healthcare market access, healthcare disparity, or diversity recruiting.

Prior to his current tenure at CVS Health, Brian served in key leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Sepracor, INVO Bioscience, and LogistiCare in healthcare business development, market access, and advocacy.

He holds a B.A. in History from Cornell University and earned a M.B.A. in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
