Shipping disruptions such as the Yantian port closure and the Ever Given shipping vessel that was stuck in the Suez Canal with millions of dollars’ worth of goods, has encouraged life science companies to invest in capabilities that enable them to proactively manage supply chain risk.

By using virtual fourth-party logistics provider (4PL) capabilities such as real time vessel tracking, live Internet of Things temperature monitoring and automated exceptions, life science companies can receive actionable intelligence to predict when shipments will be delayed and if temperature excursions will occur. Life science companies using virtual 4PL providers are empowered to take corrective action, eliminate unnecessary operational costs and inform supply chain planning improvements.

In this webinar, discover how to enable virtual 4PL capabilities in the life sciences supply chain to inform day-to-day decisions and long-range continuous improvement.

Attend this webinar and come away with lessons in how to:

  • Gain global transparency and live situational awareness of the end-to-end supply chain - from inbound supply to manufacturing sites to regional distribution centers and final mile customer deliveries.
  • Use real-time insight and analysis to improve control and compliance capabilities.
  • Obtain actionable intelligence to proactively intervene to save shipments, avoid cost and improve service.

Get involved in the discussion by posing your questions to our speakers and learn how supply chain transparency solutions can transform your operations.
