In this presentation Gloria Markiewicz, Associate Director, Supply Chain at Novo Nordisk Canada, discusses conducting needs assessment with stake holder engagement and using a team approach for criteria of vendor selection and ranking. Markiewicz also shares her insights on validating and assessing various decision criteria and using KPIs for targets and rating of performance.
