09:00 AM - 10:00 AM EST

The webinar will focus primarily on how M2M technology is making a real difference in the pharmaceutical cold chain. The presentation will include analysis from a recent customer trial with a pharmaceutical provider and offer insight into the findings, sharing the benefits that M2M technology provided.

Key learning points from the cold chain webinar:

  • The benefits of real time monitoring for transport of temperature-sensitive products
  • Historically, cold chain monitoring consisted primarily of post-delivery audits; now M2M technology can provide real-time interdiction
  • Pharmaceutical and biomedical industries face increasingly stringent regulatory measures.  Audit trails produced by today’s technology monitor temperature, humidity and shock excursions
  • Leveraging technology can streamline process and reduce stresses brought on by a global supply chain
  • M2M technology can help alleviate product diversion and tampering concerns
