Heike Falkenhagen Global Head of Quality System, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals
Holding a PhD for Pharmacy, Heike Falkenhagen started her career in Operations Quality Control and progressed in the last 15 years through increasingly more senior Production and Quality responsibilities. She has experience in solids and aerosol production, raw material, micro and finished good QC and now global QA-Systems. Falkenhagen is currently Head of Global Quality Systems within the BI Corporate Division Q&EHS. She works closely with Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Marketing divisions in defining BIs Supply Chain Integrity System and shaping the corresponding processes and initiatives.
As an advocate of Business Process Excellence she works with excellence tools for leading or coaching continuous improvement initiatives. Falkenhagenhas been supplier auditor and internal corporate auditor for BI for several years. She is board member of Rx360.
