It is my great pleasure and honour to welcome you all in Basel to the 12th annual Cool Chain Logistics Europe 2013, January 28th – 30th.

This conference is the largest gathering of the Temperature Controlled Logistics Community and is devoted to bring you the latest development related to the cold and ambient supply chain with more than 450 industry’s leading logistics, manufacturer, quality and supply chain professionals to share ideas, case studies and future strategies.

In anticipation to the new EMA GDP update, one of the biggest challenge of the healthcare industry will be to build an ambient "+15° to +25°C" temperature controlled chain fully compliant, traceable and cost effective.
